The apartment should be used respectfully making sure no major damage is done.
During check out apartment should be left in a decent state or charges will be applicable for cleaning.
Late check-in and late check-out should be informed prior to booking and charges may be applicable as per availability.
Keys to be handed out during check to the concerned person. Loss of keys may lead to applicable charges
We provide tea, coffee, milk, lemongrass, ginger, toiletries, etc.
Excluding that we keep fresh fruits, snacks, biscuits, refreshments, juices, etc which will be chargeable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of booking-
72 hours prior notice- 50% charge after that full amount will be payable.
96 hours prior notice - no charge
- The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
- It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
- PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID card.
- Extra mattress will be provided for triple occupancy bookings.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
